Intel will be releasing their own overclocking software which is able to auto-overclock individual cores. The manufacturer also announced new Xeon and vPro processors, as well as new Core X processors,  are inbound for a release later this year.

First, off this, Intel mentioned that the Core i9-9900KS processor they announced (you know all eight cores that can run on 5GHz) will not be available until the end of the year, likely Q4. So that product is already delayed right after its announcement.

The overclocking software then, it will be called Intel Performance Maximizer. Mind you that it'll only be with Intel's latest K processors so that would be the Core i5-9600K (F), i7-9700K (F) and the i9-9900K (F). IPM will run alongside Windows to analyze every processor core for maximum clock frequency and voltage. The software then overclocks the processor. The software would be available later this year.

Update: the software is available now, check it here.

The chip manufacturer also is mentioning new Core X processors for the HEDT platform which would be released in the fall, we can only assume these are Cascade Lake X CPUs. For the last bit, Intel introduced 14 'new' processors with vPro. This concerns existing ninth generation mobile and desktop CPUs, which can now also be delivered with the management functionality.
