Intel displays a photograph of the Alder Lake-S processor.

Intel displays a photograph of the Alder Lake-S processor.

Gregory Bryant, the vice president and general manager of Intel's Client Computing Group, posted a snapshot of two Alder Lake-S processors on his Twitter account.

The front and back of the entire CPU, as well as the heat spreader, are shown, but there is no discernible impression of the processor. As a result, it is difficult to tell if it is a Core i9 or a lower-tiered processor. It is undeniable that the LGA 1700 is substantially larger than the LGA 1200 and LGA 115x processor families. Even though a number of technical samples have already been photographed by third parties, this is the first time that Intel has released a photograph. On the basis of this, it may be concluded that the introduction will take place very soon.

Can't argue with this substantive evidence.

i would prefer to move the focus of the camera to the things behind (i really enjoy industrial stuff pictures), the less interesting part of the picture is the cpu itself, i meant it looks like a CPU.. meh.
