GIGABYTE Release the Latest M30 Series PCIe 3.0 x4 SSD

GIGABYTE Technology, one of the top global manufacturers of motherboards, graphics cards, and hardware solutions, announces today the latest NVMe M.2 SSD with PCIe 3.0 x4 interface, which offers two capacity options of 1 TB and 512 GB

To enhance heat dissipation and stability, GIGABYTE first introduces the leading 2x copper PCB into the M30 series SSD for the performance boost under low temperature and durability. In addition, the M30 series SSD continues the Ultra DurableTM technology based on GIGABYTE’s commitment and persistence in product quality to become the best choice of stable and high performance SSD for users.

From the cost performance perspective, PCIe 3.0 SSD still stays in mainstream even though PCIe 4.0 SSD has hit the market for a while. GIGABYTE M30 series SSD support to 3500 MB/s read speed by NVMe PCIe 3.0 x4 interface with 2280 M.2 socket, which NVMe architecture offers 6 times higher read/write speed than traditional SATA SSD.

Enhanced by the exclusive 2x copper PCB, The M30 series SSD can dissipate the heat more efficiently to lower the temperature up to 15℃ than general SSD while further unleash its extreme performance. The special designed M.2 heatsink on GIGABYTE motherboards also optimizes the thermal dissipation.

Compared to the complexity of power and cables arrangement on traditional 2.5 inch SATA SSD, GIGABYTE M30 series SSDs provide a much easier set up without any external wiring, which can effectively manage the airflow configuration in the chassis to efficiently control the system temperature. Enhanced by the features of high performance, excellent heat dissipation, stability, and easy installation, M30 series SSDs provide the best choice to users who plan to upgrade from 2.5 inch SATA SSD to NVMe M.2 SSD with fewer budgets.

In order to provide more stable and ultimate accessing performance, GIGABYTE verifies M30 series SSDs with all series of different chipsets motherboards by various high loading test programs, as well as various simulation test of high temperature and high pressure environment to ensure each SSD can pass the most severe test for the best quality and durability.

“Compared with 2.5 inch SATA interface SSDs, PCIe 3.0 x4 M.2 products have the advantages of small size, and high performance. The competitive price also makes it a better option for those who prefer higher storage performance with limited budget than PCIe 4.0 models.” said Jackson Hsu, Director of the GIGABYTE Channel Solutions Product Development Division. “GIGABYTE’s SSD products have earned its reputation on the premium performance and top quality for years. GIGABYTE M30 series SSD is designed based on this reputation and innovatively adopt renowned 2x copper PCB from motherboard lineups to provide optimized performance and stability. Enhanced by GIGABYTE’s commitment of superior quality, this SSD with two capacity options of 1 TB and 512 GB perfectly meet the needs of high performance, low heat, ultra-durability, and stability from users”.
