GIGABYTE's ultra-compact barebone kit BRIX series now includes a high-performance model called "BRIX Extreme," which is equipped with a Ryzen 5000U processor. 



You will be able to choose between three different CPUs: the Ryzen 7 5700U, the Ryzen 5 5500U, and the Ryzen 3 5300U. You will also be able to choose between a tall model that can be equipped with a 2.5-inch drive and an upgrade kit, and a slim model that is only compatible with M.2.

For the GPU, AMD Radeon Graphics with integrated APU has been selected. The display output is equipped with four systems of HDMIx2, miniDisplayPortx1, and USB Type-C (DP Alt compatible) x1, and it is possible to output 4K to four screens at the same time. In addition, the network supports 2.5 Gigabit LAN x1, Wi-Fi 6 wireless LAN, and Bluetooth 5.2 technologies.

Also included are two DDR4-3200 SO-DIMM slots, one M.2 slot with a PCI-Express3.0 (x4) connection, one 2.5-inch shadow bay slot (available only on the Tall model), and one M.2 2230-based expansion slot (available only on the Tall model) (Equipped with a wireless card). There are two types of upgrade kits that can be installed on the tall model: M.2 2280 x 2 and LAN / M.2 2280 x 1 / RS-232C. M.2 2280 x 2 is the most common type of upgrade kit (via RJ45 slot).

A 135 W (19.5V/ 6.15A) AC adapter drive is used in the tall model, and Windows 10 is supported in the slim model, with the tall model's body dimensions being 52x 134.2x 139.1mm and the slim model's being 48.3x 134.2x 139.1mm respectively.
