Next to E3, in the EU there is the gamescom trade fair that was planned for August, as it seems it will probably take place digitally. Germany has extended the ban on major events until the end of August; gamescom 2020 would start on August 25.
The fair organization says that not all details are known yet, but it does show that the decision to ban large events will affect gamescom 2020 until the end of August.
