Both prices and availability of the GeForce RTX 2080 Ti are still going through the roof. Most of the cards are in a 1300 EUR/USD range or even more expensive. In an interesting move EVGA EVGA is now outting a 999 USD GeForce RTX 2080 Ti Black Edition Gaming.

The RTX 2080 Ti Black Edition Gaming is now listed on their website, with a suggested retail price of 999 dollars. The specs indicate everything being reference including the PCB design, aside from the cooler. That means a boost clock of 1545 MHz and a memory frequency of 14 GHz. The dual-slot card is 114 x 269 mm in size. 

This might actually be a bit of a marketing gimmick, as EVGA is listing a price that is 200 bucks cheaper than NVIDIA indicates. Little is known about availability as well.
