Small, smaller .. well not smallest but still pretty darn small. ECS is working on a 170 x 85 mm motherboard that is half the size of half a mini-itx board. The GLKD-HTI has been fitted with a Gemini Lake Express chipset.
You'll notice that the motherboard has just one sodimm slot, one sata-3 header, one m.2 slot for an SSD and one m.2 slot that can be used as a PCIe 2.0 interface. On the back, there are four USB-A ports, two headphone connections, one Ethernet port and an HDMI 1.4 port. There is also a header to which a com port, LVDS or case fan can be connected. ECS Elite Group has not disclosed how much the GLKD-HTI will cost or when it will hit the market.
