There is no display on the second monitor.
Yellow bang appears by the graphics entry in Device Manager.
: On Hybrid systems where the discrete GPU drives the primary display, there is momentary corruption before a streaming game goes into full-screen mode.
Open Issues in Version 388.13 WHQL
As with every released driver, version 388.13 WHQL of the Release 387 driver has open issues and enhancement requests associated with it. This section includes lists of issues that are either not fixed or not implemented in this version. Some problems listed may not have been thoroughly investigated and, in fact, may not be NVIDIA issues. Others may have workaround solutions.
For notebook computers, issues can be system-specific and may not be seen on your particular notebook.
Windows 10 Issues
: There is no display output when connecting the DisplayPort and two DVI monitors.
: The OS fails after installing the graphics card on a Threadripper-enabled motherboard.
: Color settings made in the NVIDIA Control Panel are not preserved across a system reboot or restart.
Windows 7 Issues
: “Photoshop has encountered a problem with the display driver...” error message appears when selecting Path Blur after first launch of the application.

Here is for Windows 7 thank goodness it doesnt seem to be a Game Ready Driver they all seem to not like my 1080 ti as in driver crashes will test tonight
