@D1stRU3T0R Those under the hood updates needs time and a lot of work, and they might be working on it right now.
Releasing a driver which week with small improvements, doesn't mean they don't have people working on another branch.
And what type of update were you expecting since the last driver was exactly a week ago?
AMD Big driver releases usually come 2 times a year, so probably to the winter if we are lucky.
Cheers

XML and INF comparison.
17.9.2
22.19.677.1 from September 18th.
17.9.3
22.19.677.257 from September 22nd.
So yeah going by that this looks like a very minor update probably mainly adding support for those two games while in the process they also added some recent known issues.
HKR,, KMD_TurboSyncControl
Was added to the section when comparing the INF files.
For the atiapfxx.blb file when converted to a XML (Via Atiapfxx.exe -r -sys -s test.xml to dump test.xml as a copy of atiapfxx.blb into the Windows\SysWoW64 folder.)

These were added to Chill.
As were these.

So Chill support for Evil Within 2, Total War Warhammer 2, Mordor 2 Shadow of War, Destiny 2 and Wolfenstein 2 New Colossus (Next Colossus?)
For Crossfire there's a new profile for Call of Duty World War II
And for PUBG the Crossfire profile was updated.
Warhammer Total War 2 and Call of Duty World War 2 also had DXX profiles added.
Call of Duty World War 2 in addition also had a PXDynamic profile added. ("HighPerfGPUAffinity" for the MP and SP exe files which AFAIK sets the driver to prefer the dedicated GPU.)
That's about it, Chill also has two test profiles for the new black and white list system.
(And of course the games in the above Chill list.)
And then the SP and MP profiles for COD WW2 for Crossfire.
EDIT: All those sequels supported (In various forms.) and they couldn't have squeezed it into 17.9.2 ? Ha ha.
(This is only a few days newer going by the INF file date after all.)
(And it looks like I missed a few bugfixes for the driver in addition to the game support listed in the release notes, oops well at least there's more to the driver than just game profiles as far as the changelog shows and some new known issues.)
EDIT:
Wattman may fail to apply user adjusted voltage values on certain configurations.
Only one additional known issue after a quick comparison and this one has been mentioned for a couple of driver releases so it's not new for 17.9.3
(Polaris GPU series issue? Voltage can be adjusted but when checked monitoring software displays the default or old value as the one that's used I think it was? Possibly more than just Polaris GPU's affected?)

So, we have new Driver
17.9.1 & 17.9.2 have no brutal issues for my RIG
(besides Vulcan Tweak, IMO it will be mandatory for DOOM)
UPD.
17.9.3 is The Fastest All'time Driver from ATI i have ever installed for my Fury!

What are these useless updates ? Really, instead of trying somehow to optimise the existing game, to squish out every performance from Vega or from older GCN 1.0 cards like HD 77xx+, they release a driver with 2 supported games and 3 "little" fixes. I feel that AMD should make a little "underhood" updates, maybe Radeon Crimson 18 can have that, and those, at idle or startup to update "itself" with this kind of "sh#t" updates...AMD, you can do more, still rocking an HD7750 at record overclock(number 1 on gpubenchmark)
