Dell Alienware 25 AW2521HF monitor is 24.5-inch IPS compatible FreeSync Premium / G-Sync
Announced in January Dell made their 24.5-inch IPS gaming monitor called Alienware 25 AW2521HF available, it supports high-speed refresh rates of 240 Hz/1 ms .
The Full HD display is compatible with AMD FreeSync Premium and NVIDIA G-Sync Comabible display synchronization technology. The liquid crystal panel uses the Fast IPS and supports a native refresh rate of 240Hz combined with a response time of 1 ms.
- Full HD resolution with 1920 x 1080 pixels
- 240 Hz refresh rate that is twice the speed of most gaming monitors
- True 1 ms response time
- IPS panel with wide viewing angle, and 99% sRGB colour gamut
- Supports both AMD FreeSync and NVIDIA G-SYNC
- Optimised ventilation with cooling vents at the top, bottom and rear
- 3-sided ultra-thin bezels with iconic Legend design language
- Customisable AlienFX lighting
It also comes with gamer-friendly features such as customizable LED illumination, game menus with enhanced operability, preset game modes, FPS counters, and multi-screen configuration guides. The main specifications are 1920x1080 pixels, a contrast ratio of 1,000: 1, a luminance of 400 cd/m2, and a viewing angle of 178 ° horizontally/vertically. The interface offers HDMIx1, DisplayPortx1, USB3.0x2, USB3.0 (power charging compatible) x1, audio line out x1, headphone terminal x1. The stand supports -5 to 21 ° tilt, 40 ° swivel, 180 ° pivot, and 130mm height adjustment. VESA mounter is 100x100mm pitch, body size is 556.29mm width, 251.92mm depth and 422.1mm height. I am still trying to find a price, but it's safe to assume roughly 499 USD as that was the price of its counterpart.

...Ok Dell...$499
Tbh I am with the previous verison, TN 240hz and it's great. And this is 240hz 1ms IPS so actually it's good.

This is probably using the same panel as the MSI, which means 1200-1300 contrast, 105% srgb, 400nits and TN panel response times ( actual 3ms averages)
That means it justifies the cost. It problem is that the MSI monitor costs $329

AND that its Full HD. No one is paying this price for a full hd monitor regardless of what its other specs are, 5 years ago sure
