Daily deals May 15 2009 - Full HD LCD monitors

The weekend is near, time for an update of daily deals. Today I wanted to show you some good deals on LCD monitors. Prices of monitors have dropped recently and for little money you can get yourself a very beefy screen already.

Let's walk through some of the deals I spotted, and since you are a guru3d reader, I really wanted to stick at 1900x1080 and roughly 22 to 24" alright ?

  • Samsung T240HD Black 24" Widescreen LCD - Samsungs screens are hard to beat. And though this is not the cheapest one, it it the newest one and the most popular one. The T240HD is a 24" screen has a 1920x1080 native resolution for incredibly detailed pictures. The panel has a 300cd/m2 brightness rating and an impressive 10000:1 dynamic contrast ratio it can be purchased for $329.99
  • Samsung 2433BW Black 24" Widescreen LCD - Of course the monitor above is the more high-end range, Samsung has a 24" monitor that is wahaaay cheaper. Check out this one, 1920x1200 at the lovely price of $269.99
  • Asus VH242H Black 23.6" Widescreen LCD - Now if you want to go a little cheaper, here's a the next best thing. ASUS offer this LCD at 1920 x 1080 and a 20.000:1 contrast ratio. It's just a really good monitor, practically 24" and it costs only $199.99
  • Acer X233H Black 23" Widescreen LCD - You can even go cheaper though. Get this 23" at 1920x1080. It's the cheapest price I found for a monitor in this category. It still comes with DVI-D connector and is HDCP compatible. The price is $189.99

And since not everybody requires a 24" screen at 1920x1080, we just wanted to add a nice budget monitor as well:

  • Dell S2009W Black 20" Widescreen LCD Monitor - Check it out, 1600 x 900 resolution, 16:9 aspect ratio and the price ... only $129.00
