Crucial P5 Plus spotted in etail, Microns First PCIe 4.0 Consumer SSD

The Crucial P5 Plus would be Micron's first pcie 4.0 consumer drive; the P5 series had previously utilized PCI express 3.0. The m.2 2280 plug-in cards feature read rates of 6600MB/s, write speeds of 3600MB/s, and write speeds of 5000MB/s for the smallest model and 5000MB/s for the two larger models.

The lists contain 500GB, one and two terabyte storage which are all available on the 10th of August 2021, they may be pre-ordered. Prices start at approximately EUR 110 and cost EUR 500 gigabytes, respectively 1 and 2TB. They provide a 5-year guarantee unless you surpass the maximum number of terabytes. It is 600 times the size of the SSD thus TBWs are three hundred, six hundred, and 1200 terabytes.
