Comet-Lake-S is for desktops, Comet Lake-H is for mobile, and Intel is planning to release quite a spiffy proc for that platform. Meet the Core i9-10980HK, rumored to be announced on April 2nd.

Comet Lake-H is still fabbed at Intel's 14nm fabrication, this mobile CPU will get 8 cores and 16 threads, which is beefy by any standard for a laptop. Not just that, it'll get a single core boost towards 5.3 GHz.We need to mention however that this is a velocity boost, meaning thermals need to be peachy perfect in order for the CPU core to reach that frequency. The 10th Generation mobile processors Core-H series is expected to be announced on April 2nd, a similar date for NVIDIA with the mobile SUPER series.  On the topic of SUPER. Recently entries have been found in the UL ORB of 2070 and 2080 SUPER based notebooks as well.
