Buffalo unleashes three Wi-Fi 6 compatible wireless LAN routers leading with WXR-5700AX7S

Three models of Buffalo Wi-Fi 6 compatible routers have officially been announced. They will be sold sequentially from the beginning of July.



The "WXR-5700AX7S" is a high-end model equipped with a 10 Gigabit WAN targeting users who mainly watch videos and heavy gamers. Wireless LAN is 5GHz band 4,803Mbps (4 streams), 2.4GHz band 860Mbps (3 streams), equipped with an external dipole antenna that rotates on three axes. In addition, it is equipped with a security function "Net Threat Blocker Premium" that protects your home network from cyber attacks.  Interface is 10 Gigabit WANx1, Gigabit LANx4. The main body color is black only, and product shipment is scheduled to begin in late August.

The "WSR-5400AX6" is a mid-range model that supports 4,803 Mbps (4 streams) in the 5 GHz band and 573 Mbps (2 streams) in the 2.4 GHz band. The interface is 10 Gigabit WAN x 1, Gigabit LAN x 1, and the antenna is built into the main unit. Two body colors are available, champagne gold and matte black, and product shipment is scheduled to begin in early July.

And "WSR-1800AX4" is an entry model for 5GHz band 1,201Mbps (2 streams) and 2.4GHz band 573Mbps (2 streams). The interface is Gigabit WAN x1, Gigabit LAN x4, the antenna is built in the main body. Two body colors are available, black and white, and product shipment is scheduled to begin in early July. An online presentation is currently being held for these products.
