Didn't the investors sue EA over how bad this game's launch was? I played a few games, wasnt nearly as good as BF3, which was already a few notches below BFBC2.

Edit: If anyone has news/updates about that lawsuit I'd appreciate reading the details.

Oh don't get me wrong the launch was definitely horrible. It was nearly unplayable for the first few weeks. They actually managed to break more stuff after the beta, how that happens is beyond me. And yeah, even now while I find the game fun to play around in, it's a pretty terrible game for a number of reasons. That being said, I play with about five people pretty regularly across a range of hardware and it's been stable and bug free for all of us for sometime now.
