ASUSTOR Shows 10-Gigabit Ethernet NAS At Computex

ASUSTor at Computex is showing some snazzy NAS servers at Computex, including a 10-Gigabit Ethernet NAS containing a 64 bit Marvell 1.6 GHz Cortex A72 dual-core processor, they reach 1130 MB/sec on this unit.

The new AS40 series also helps save time by introducing hot-swappable hard drive bays for easy removal while the 10-Gigabit Ethernet saves time transferring files. Visitors to the show can witness the amazing new NAS deliver a performance of up to 1130MB/s. Also at Computex, ASUSTOR and ASUS Technology are joining forces to bring ASUSTOR NAS compatibility to ASUS Control Center, the IT management software for enterprises to easily manage ASUSTOR NAS, ASUS servers, workstations and commercial products within the network domain. Improve the management efficiency of network management personnel.

ASUSTOR is also exhibiting high-performance desktop and rackmount NAS devices at Computex 2018, including the energy efficient AS10 v2 series as well as the all new AS3102T v2 and AS3204T v2. ASUSTOR is also showing off the powerful AS7004T-i5, containing the Intel® Core i5™ quad-core processor and the AS7010T-i5 that allows a 10GbE NIC to be installed. Some of our rack-mounted solutions exhibited are the AS6204RS/RD and the AS7012RD/RDX. On the software front, the latest version of ADM, version 3.2 is showing off new remote access features and is also being displayed at Computex 2018. EZconnect.to
This feature allows users to open an easily connect to a NAS remotely with a unique Cloud ID. Open a browser and enter your cloud ID followed by “.ezconnect.to” in the address bar to connect to the NAS remotely. With an internet connection, EZconnect.to helps makes your files conveniently available anytime and anywhere.

EZ Sync Data Synchronization App
This feature allows users to synchronize data between a computer and an ASUSTOR NAS. After installing the program onto a Windows based machine, ASUSTOR EZ Sync can be set to two way or one way synchronization. ASUSTOR EZ Sync also maintains historical versions of files so that previous versions of files can be restored if overwritten unintentionally.

Photo Gallery 3.0
Redesigned with the user in mind, we have added new timeline and photo organization features to help create smart albums based off of location, date etc. while also adding support for 360° panoramic photo browsing.

AiFoto 3.0
AiFoto 3 supports new timeline and smart album features. With these new features, the layout can be adjusted using touch gestures and support for an improved instant upload has also been added. These features support Photo Gallery 3.0 and above.

Seagate IHM
ASUSTOR has updated Seagate’s IHM health management software to provide real-time information and detailed descriptions of hard drive health. Health reports for Seagate Ironwolf NAS hard drives are easy to understand and information on remaining life is easy to access, helping to take preventative measures against data loss from drive failure.

Cloud apps for the home
An ASUSTOR NAS is more than just storage. Install ASUSTOR Portal and Surveillance Center to turn your NAS and HDMI TV into an easy-to-use security center that also plays movies and other content!
