The controller is a Phison "PS5018-E18" with a 12 nm manufacturing process, 3D TLC NAND flash, and a DDR4 DRAM cache. It also includes a huge SLC cache, low density parity check (LDPC), and hardware encryption. The product has a capacity of 1TB, a transfer speed of 7,000MB/sec for sequential reading and 6,000MB/sec for writing, and it comes with a backup tool called "NTI Backup Now EZ" and a drive control utility called "ROG SSD Dashboard."
