ASUS is expanding its router lineup with the ZenWiFi Pro XT12, a WiFi 6-capable mesh system for seamless and lightning-fast home network coverage. For ultra-fast networks, the Broadcom WiFi chip and 2.0GHz 64-bit CPU boost WiFi 6 performance up to 11000Mbps.

In addition, the backhaul benefits from the new standard by not occupying frequencies that are required for fast connectivity thanks to the tri-band configuration. Unlike dual-band mesh systems where the bandwidth available to devices is halved due to the need for a backhaul connection, the XT12 allows users to use one of the 5GHz bands as a dedicated backhaul connection, providing a faster and enables more stable traffic between the hubs without slowing down the connected devices. If desired, this is done by automatically selecting the best connection and allows up to 4 times the speed compared to WiFi 5 thanks to the support of ODMA and MU-MIMO. The latest and most powerful version of RangeBoost Plus technology, alongside other integrated technologies, enables 38% more coverage. This allows coverages of over 550 m2 that can be expanded with any additional ASUS AiMesh systems. Wired router-to-client fronthaul and router-to-node backhaul connections unlock their full performance through the 2.5Gbps Ethernet port. This enables ultra-fast connections to bandwidth-intensive devices such as NAS devices. It's all packed into the new, attractive design of the Pro series, which illuminates the home with futuristic splendor.

ASUS ZenWiFi Pro XT12 is available now at a suggested retail price of €509.95 and €859.95 in a set of 2.
