ASUS 300 series mobo BIOS get update for 9th gen Intel Core procs with new stepping
ASUS has released BIOS updates for all 300 series motherboards, adding support for the forthcoming 9th Generation Intel Core processors based on new stepping. These processors are scheduled for launch in Q2, 2019. The latest BIOS updates are available for download now from the ASUS website.
The new stepping is indicative of a Coffee lake respin. Supported motherboard models and their latest corresponding BIOS versions are listed below. BIOS updates for additional chipsets and motherboard models will be added soon.

Not as exciting as MSI updating their X470 boards to support Zen 2/Ryzen 3, which they did a while ago. But I don't see anywhere reporting on it.
Too bad those morons did a crappy job and with the new BIOS my board can't wake from sleep anymore because after waking it won't detect anything in the M.2 slot which my OS drive is in!
