The roadmap for future AMD Datacenter products has been revealed, including the world's first APU Instinct MI300 for data centers.

The CPU core in the Instinct MI300 is Zen 4 based, while the GPU core is cDNA 3. Furthermore, it integrates cache memory and HBM memory using 3D chiplet technology. Although full specifications have not been released, AI performance is expected to be more than eight times that of the MI250X. Multi-thread and single-thread performance have both improved in Zen 4. If all goes well, the "Zen 5" architecture will be accessible in 2024.

Furthermore, with the next next-generation architecture Zen 4, IPC is 8-10%, memory bandwidth is 125 percent, single thread performance is 15% or higher, watt performance is 25% or higher, and total performance is 35% or higher. It is claimed to be doing. Additionally, AI extension instructions and AVX-512 extension instructions were announced.

Furthermore, in the GPU architecture, "RDNA 4" is already proposed in addition to the 5nm generation "RDNA 3." Furthermore, the fourth generation EPYC "GENOA-X" with 3D V-Cache technology and "SIENA" for AI edge were introduced.
