76% of CPUs sold in Germany in July were from AMD

A little over 76% of the CPUs sold in July were from AMD, leaving only 24% for Intel. The results of the three out of four CPUs sold show that three out of four were made by the red company, while only one by the blue company.

51% of the CPUs sold are in the Vermeer family, which are the Ryzen 5000 series, and 20% are in the Matisse family, which are the Ryzen 3000 series. Less than 8% of Intel's 11th-generation processors were Rocket Lake, while Comet Lake, which obtained 11% of sales, eclipsed it. The AMD Ryzen 5 5600X, with 3,240 units sold, was the best-selling CPU. Ryzen 7 5800X, with 2,160 sales, and Ryzen 9 5900X, with 1,520 sales, came in second and third, respectively. It is clear that Intel's CPU sales were significantly lower than AMD's, given that Intel's best-selling CPU, the i7-11700K, only had 440 sales.

The growth in Steam hardware surveys, as well as the fact that AMD is featured on the bestseller lists of sites such as Amazon or Newegg, proves that AMD is doing very well in terms of sales. Interesting to see how this market is divided in the future, as it will also impact how much of this market Intel and AMD will both have.

Thank god no. There is a reason Norway never was in the EU :)
What you mean with that, is a mystery...

Mindfactory is the only shop in the world that share salesnumbers. Too bad.
Here is the top seller list of cpus in the biggest e-tailer in Scandinavia:

OP's title is a bit misleading, it's one of the biggest sellers in Germany, but far from all the sales there.
That said, not too surprised about AMD's good sales.

Amd wins. We all know that. Anything else is rumble and noise from those who lose their exotic badge Intel inside which means nothing nowadays.

It's like buying a famous brand supercar when new Tesla destroys 'em all. But it is a Tesla, it loses by default.
