NVIDIA FrameView download v0.9.4124.26691055

FrameView is NVIDIA's own benchmark software for graphic cards based on PresentMon and can measure frame rates, power consumption and frame times. The company offers the release as public beta of the software.
FrameView is not limited to GPUs from Nvidia itself, AMD or Intel GPUs can also be used. The only requirement is Windows 10 as the operating system, the application also supports multiple gpus, G-Sync / FreeSync and almost all games. OpenGL, Vulkan and DirectX 9 to 12 are supported and FrameView can also handle games from the Windows Store (Universal Windows Platform).
In addition to the average frame rate, the software can also detect the 90th, 95th and 99th percentiles of frame rates, and it is also immediately visible how many frames are 'missed'. The power consumption and performance per watt are also shown, although some nuance must be given. Nvidia calls the power consumption of AMD cards inaccurate because it does not have access to the actual consumption values and is therefore rather a calculated estimate. The app offers an overlay view that is displayed on top of games.

I can bet the figures won't be biased towards Nvidia gpu's.

^This. I hope no serious reviewer even considers using this in their benchmarks.

You both are very clueless to what this tool actually is and haven't even tried it.
