Matrox Firmware
After our review was published a decent amount of users bought the Matrox TripleHead2GO Digital DVI edition. Most of them stumbled into the same issue we had, there is no signal on a good amount of monitor brands.

Matrox can easily fix this by flashing a new firmware into the T2Go Digital, yet doesn't seem to do so. We've had a lot of complaints about the fact that Matrox didn't even reply through customer support leaving a lot of users out there hanging in the dry.

We have the firmware you will likely need, please use this at your own risk. To identify the issue, have a look at the lower half of this page in our review.

Please download the firmware update that is needed for proper DDC communication below.

How to use: Exit the Powerdesk from the taskbar, if it is running, and run the exe file. Click on update your Matrox hardware and select the pkg file to write the new firmware to the box. Reboot after it finishes and DDC should work properly.
