Support For
- Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot
- Vulkan1.2
- Product is conformant with the Vulkan 1.2 Specification. Vulkan and the Vulkan logo are registered trademarks of the Khronos Group Inc.
Fixed Issues
- Some UE4 based titles such as KovaaK 2.0: The Meta, Tetris Effect™ and Snooker 19 may fail to launch with Adrenalin 2020 edition software.
- Some single display Radeon RX 5700 series graphics product system configurations may experience intermittent reboots when the system is left idle on desktop.
Known Issues
- Radeon Anti-Lag enable and disable beep notifications may be played in error when individually pressing keys assigned to the hotkey.
- The Radeon Software Overlay hotkey notification may sometimes be displayed during video playback in web browsers or launching some video player applications.
- Integer Scaling option is not showing up or available on some Windows®7 system configurations.
- Factory Reset install may keep previously configured Radeon Software game profiles. This can cause mismatch between global graphics settings and per profile settings.
- Text overflow in some UI boxes or toast messages may be experienced in some language localizations.
- Radeon Software may open with an inconsistent size or may not keep its previously set size when opened.
- Some Vulkan® gaming applications may crash when performing a task switch with Radeon Image Sharpening enabled.
- Integer Scaling may cause some video content to show flicker when the display resolution is set to less than native resolution.
- Some Radeon RX 5700 series graphics users may intermittently experience a black screen while gaming or on desktop. A potential temporary workaround is disabling hardware acceleration in applications running in the background such as web browsers or Discord.
- A limited number of games such as Nioh™, Dead or Alive 6™, Dragon Quest Builders 2™ and Atelier Ryza™ may crash or fail to launch.

Forget it. Anti-lag or chill. Not both, no FRTC. AMD does not acknowledge this feature anymore.

Notes say no.

If you read the notes before asking the question, you're a weirdo...
Before I download this, anyone know if Dead or Alive 6 boots now? Or other games like Nioh and Dragon Quest Builders 2?

Sounds like a Koei Tecmo thing (Well it seems most of the remaining titles that don't start with the newer drivers are from them though not all of their titles are affected.) but then their game ports are anything goes it seems so who knows.
I do know Ryza and Nioh goes D3D9 hello intro video D3D11 hello game which is a bit of a WHAT and then Ryza from discussions through DXVK has the most WHAT THE FLOP thing from I guess most ports of 2019 that weren't completely broken at least.
D3D9 device and then D3D11 which I can't imagine being anywhere near ideal.
* a D3D9 swap chain over the DXGI swap chain */
{ R"(\\Atelier_Ryza\.exe$)", {{
{ "d3d9.deferSurfaceCreation", "True" },
}} },
/* Atelier Ryza - tries to render video with *
https://github.com/doitsujin/dxvk/commit/9be0bf95ca5667b8b7078211a972ffd7fff5d330
Then from the comments on that same discussion.
fwiw Ryza has seen some major engine changes (unfortunately that also includes synchronizing with the GPU four times per frame so that you will never be able to get over ~80% GPU load... terrible programming, also happens on Windows).
Koei doing their usual, overall the PC ports also seemingly have *improved* so that kinda puts into question just what the older even less polished titles have for fun quirks and issues hah.
(Why exactly do you need to check sync four times *per every frame* in the first place.)
Would be interesting if the D3D9->D3D11 DXGI stuff is the issue through all of these and something AMD's newer drivers does or expects that the game (developers.) just kinda flip (off?) all over the best practices or recommended usage documentation ha ha.
Well it can maybe be fixed in the drivers via some usual hacky solution from bad coding on the game side of things, what the flop indeed.
(Or it's something else but this does give a bit of a insight into what's going on in here and yeah nothing good from the look of things.)
EDIT: DXVK wrapping does work for a few things also but there is some potential overhead.
(Or there might not be or it might even be faster, things can be a bit weird in that regard.)
