Intel will be releasing motherboards with new chipsets, the H370, H310, and B360 should see the light of day in early April alongside some new Coffee Lake S processors. As we get closer to that date, the first motherboard photos already appeared on the web.

In this particular case, it is Germany based Hardwareluxx who has a page online that shows the inside and outs of the H370 AORUS Gaming 3 WIFI.

As the name implies, the Intel H370 is installed on this motherboard. Since there are no major changes and as such, the specifications should not be at all that different from Z370. In addition to 20 PCI Express lanes, motherboards using this chipset can also offer up to 14 USB 2.0 and 8 USB 3.0 ports. There are also six SATA ports and an integrated Gigabit Ethernet. However, rumors about USB 3.1 Gen2 and WIFI integration are also making the rounds for the new 300 chipsets.

In addition to the LGA1151 for the Coffee Lake S processor, the motherboard offers four DIMM slots for DDR4 memory. There are two PCI Express x16 expansion slots, the second slot, however, provides only four lanes. A CrossFire logo is recognizable on the motherboard, this should not make much sense if it is connected to 16/4 PCI express lanes. Multi-GPU systems are on the decline anyway and are more likely to be used on high-end motherboards.
