Asus launch SB750 equipped M3A79-T Deluxe

Asus has announced a new board for AMD processors utilising the much awaited SB750 southbridge.

The SB750 is somewhat of a white light of hope for overclockers wanting to push AMD Phenom CPU's to the limit. In preliminary tests it appears that the SB750 can enable even original B2 based Phenoms like the 9600 BE to overclock far more readily than has previously been possible while using lower voltages.

This is Asus's first board based on the new chipset, combining the 790FX Northbridge and SB750 Southbridge.
