It's probably of little interest to most people, but there have been new v2.0 drivers available for the Kyro II for a few weeks now. They are on the Videologic website, or I could upload them.

No obvious improvement over the 1.6 but they might make someone happy.

Installation Note:
Windows 2000 users should uninstall previous Vivid! or Vivid!XS drivers before running this new driver package. If installation of this release is attempted whilst older drivers are loaded a 'Confirm File Replace' Window may appear during installation, asking whether to replace the newer version of file "pmx2hal.dll". If this Window is seen, "Yes" should be selected: Otherwise the installation may fail on reboot!

If failure occurs, you should (1) restart Windows 2000 in "safe mode" (press F8 after system BIOS splash screen and select "Safe Mode"); (2) Uninstall the new drivers; (3) Restart Windows 2000 in normal mode; (4) Reinstall the new driver package.
