Confirmed +1 but NVIDIA haven't fixed the below issue yet. [Doom]: The GPU clocks remain running at high performance speeds after exiting from the game. [1954033] [spoiler]https://i.imgur.com/8TohpBv.png[/spoiler]
Sounds more like an issue with Doom not closing all running services? Also, how do you have the CP configured? I always set Adaptive in Global and make Max Perf profiles per Game.

Do not bother, this game has been broken since its release and like dishonored 2 and Deux Ex MD, these games will be forever broken, Nvidia only cares about selling their graphics for real fortune And the rest does not give a ****.

If your specs are correct, no driver is going to magically make the game work the way you'd like it to.
Specs aside, an NVIDIA rep actually replied to me on Reddit about this. They acknowledged there is an issue, but they haven't tracked down the root cause yet.

Game ran fine before with driver 382.53, only started to behave like this with the r384 ones.

these show as early may 2017 in the experience tab. Old version of experience or wrong page loading? ps. I only use experience because it has some options of modification for specific games like dirt 4 that are not in the ingame menus.

My global setting is always 'Optimal power' by default & I left every game profile untouched expect MPC-HC & Google Chrome set 'Adaptive'. By default Doom set 'Prefer maximum performance' but now I set it 'Adaptive'.

I'm not lucky enough to have a Titan X, but, this just goes to show competition is a good thing. Hoping the next step is more performance improvements for pascal gaming across the board.

Not sure it was lacking competition entirely, because now these driver have to follow the same time-consuming Professional certification that Quadro/Tesla drivers have in place. Before they did not have to worry...

All Titans are/were being bought in droves by the deep learning / AI crowd as they present one of the most efficient inferencing solutions on the market. Original Titan/Black was a nice HPC card as well, with its 1/3 FP64 support. Admittedly, Titan Xp is, probably, the closest to a corresponding Ti card a Titan ever was so yeah Quadro optimizations being enabled on it makes it a bit more interesting when compared to 1080Ti. As for not expecting anything - I can't really remember even a single time when NV hasn't answered a good ATI/AMD product. This was certainly expected.

Whats broken with Deus Ex MD? I've been playing it for over a month now, first with a GTX1070 and now having a GTX1080Ti and it works fine. Most settings on Ultra and it's a smooth ride.

MSI mode is disabled again in these, compared to those quadro drivers.
