This high-end tablet lineup includes three models: the 11-inch "Galaxy Tab S9", the 12.4-inch "Galaxy Tab S9+", and the top-of-the-line 14.6-inch "Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra".
The highlight of the series is the fully waterproof and dustproof IP68 compliance, a first for Samsung tablets. The "Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra" boasts a 2,960 x 1,848 resolution display and houses Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC with memory and storage options of 12GB + 256GB, 12GB + 512GB, or 16GB + 1TB. The tablet also features a powerful 11,200mAh battery, a 13-megapixel wide-angle + 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle dual-lens rear camera, and a dual configuration of 12-megapixel wide-angle + 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle in-camera. Additionally, quad speakers with Dolby Atmos support supervised by AKG enhance the audio experience.
The "Galaxy Tab S9+" features a 2,800 x 1,752 resolution display, Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, 12GB of memory, and storage options of 256GB or 512GB. It comes with a 10,090mAh battery, a 13-megapixel wide-angle + 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle dual-lens rear camera, and a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle in-camera.
The entry-level "Galaxy Tab S9" sports an 11-inch display with a resolution of 2,560 x 1,600 pixels, Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, 8GB or 12GB of memory, and storage options of 128GB or 256GB. It is powered by an 8,400mAh battery and features a 13-megapixel rear camera and a 12-megapixel in-camera.
In addition to the tablets, Samsung also announced the "Galaxy Watch 6" series, which includes the minimal design "Galaxy Watch6" and the "Galaxy Watch6 Classic" with a rotating bezel. These smartwatches are set to be released globally on August 11, following the "Galaxy Watch5" successor, featuring a 20% larger screen size due to the narrower frame. The circular SuperAMOLED display is accompanied by Exynos W930 SoC, 2GB of memory, and 16GB of storage, offering personalized fitness features and the latest sleep tracking and wellness functionalities.
