EVGA GeForce GTX 680 FTW launches

EVGA announces full details on the EVGA GeForce GTX 680 FTW. This card offers several enhancements over the standard GeForce GTX 680 including an 8 Phase PWM design, an 8+6pin Power Input and Vapor Chamber cooling. EVGA is even offering a version with 4GB of GDDR5 memory.

Both cards utilize EVGA's Signature board design. The 2 GB model has clock speeds of 1110 MHz (core base), 1176 MHz (core boost), and 6.20 GHz (memory, effective). The 4 GB variant get however has the memory clock speed default at 6 GHz. Both cards draw power from 6-pin + 8-pin power connectors.

The EVGA GTX 680 FTW 2 GB is priced at US $569.99, while the EVGA GTX 680 FTW 4 GB w/backplate is priced at US $629.99.
