addlink Launches AddGame A95 Gen4x4 SSD

AddGame A95 M.2 PCIe 4.0 SSD with Premium Heatsink, 7400MB/s read performance, 4TB storage capacity. PS5 memory expansion slot compatible.

As of September 15th, 2021, Sony has finally released the firmware update that allows players to expand their storage with NVMe SSD products.

However, there are a few things to consider when buying a PS5 compatible SSD: a qualified NVMe SSD must have PCIe 4.0 interface with at least 5,500MB/s sequential read speed, a heatsink and the total height has to be 11.25mm or thinner.

Fully Compatible with PS5, up to 7400MB/s Transfer Speeds

The addlink AddGame A95 features PCIe 4.0 NVMe1.4 interface, delivers up to 7400MB/s (Read) and 7000MB/s (Write), which is 2 times faster than PCIe 3.0 SSDs and 14 times faster than SATA-based SSDs. A95 is backward compatible with PCIe Gen3x4 Platforms, which makes it the choice for Sony PS5 as well as any PC computer.

Optimized Heatsink for Superior Cooling

AddGame A95 SSD comes with a Premium heatsink that uses not only High-Grade aluminum, but the shark-fin design and heat-conducting silica gel pad also helps bringing the cooling feature to the next level. Last but not least, this Low-Profile design heatsink only has a 9.1mm height, which will fit into the PS5’s internal expansion slot perfectly. The AddGame A95 SSD comes in 1TB, 2TB, 4TB varieties and backed with a limited warranty for 5 years. They are now available from authorized addlink distribution partners and will be available on amazon in October 2021.
