The Archer BE805 operates across tri-band frequencies, including 2.4GHz, 5GHz, and the newly incorporated 6GHz band, the latter offering a 320MHz bandwidth. It facilitates high-speed data transmission, achieving maximum speeds of up to 11,520Mbps on the 6GHz band, 5,760Mbps on the 5GHz band, and 1,376Mbps on the 2.4GHz band through its support for 4×4 MIMO technology across all bands, totaling 12 data streams.  In terms of connectivity, the Archer BE805 boasts an array of wired ports, including one 10 Gigabit WAN, one 10 Gigabit LAN, and four Gigabit LAN ports, ensuring robust high-speed wired connections. Additionally, it supports USB 3.0 connectivity, with two ports available for external devices.

TP Link unveiled the Archer BE805, a tri-band Wi-Fi 7 router capable of supporting 12 streams.  This router introduces Multi-Link Operation (MLO), a feature that enhances data throughput and minimizes latency by enabling simultaneous data transmission and reception across multiple bands and channels.For network management and security, the router incorporates features like EasyMesh for straightforward mesh WiFi network setup with compatible devices, and TP-Link HomeShield for comprehensive protection against cyber threats. Users can also toggle between router and bridge modes, depending on their network configuration needs, and the device supports multiple encryption standards, including WPA, WPA2, WPA3, and WPA/WPA2-Enterprise (802.1x).
