Thermalright launched the low profile CPU cooler AXP120-X67 with a 120mm fan. The heat sink's base plate is nickel-plated C1100 copper, and despite its small size, it has 6 mm x 6 heat pipes.
Furthermore, by using a 120mm fan "TL-C12015" with a thickness of 15mm for the cooling fan, the cooling performance has been improved while the height has been reduced. The cooling fan's specs include a maximum rotation speed of 1,800 rpm 10%, a noise level of 26.1 dBA, a maximum air volume of 59 CFM, a maximum static pressure of 1.36 mmH2O, a bearing S-FDB bearing, a connection 4 pin PWM, and a voltage of 0.18 A.
The heat sink is 120mm in width, 123.5mm in depth, 52mm in height, and weighs 490g (including fan).
