The wireless Razer BlackShark V2 Pro models feature detachable Razer HyperClear ultra-wideband microphones designed to deliver clear and expansive audio, enhancing in-game communication. Developed with input from professional eSports players, these headsets aim to offer an immersive audio experience. They support Bluetooth 5.2 and Razer HyperSpeed Wireless technology via a USB Type-C dongle, ensuring low-latency performance suitable for competitive gaming environments. The headphones are equipped with 50mm Razer TriForce Titanium drivers that separate sound into high, mid, and low frequencies for detailed and powerful audio output.

Razer introduced two new series of gaming headsets specifically designed for PlayStation and Xbox platforms, totaling four models. The premium models, Razer BlackShark V2 Pro for PlayStation and for Xbox, as well as their wired counterparts, the Razer BlackShark V2 X for PlayStation and for Xbox, are scheduled for release on May 31, 2024. The physical specifications for the Razer BlackShark V2 Pro include a frequency response range from 12Hz to 28kHz and an impedance of 32 ohms at 1kHz. The microphone sensitivity is -42±3dBV/Pa at 1kHz, and the microphone frequency range is 100Hz to 10kHz. The headset weighs 320g and comes with a two-year warranty. It is available in black and white color options.

The wired versions, Razer BlackShark V2 X, compatible with both PlayStation and Xbox through a 3.5mm audio jack, feature the Razer HyperClear cardioid microphone and use the same 50mm Razer TriForce drivers as the wireless models. These headsets have similar audio specifications to the wireless models but are lighter at 250g and are only available in black.

The Razer BlackShark V2 Pro for PlayStation and Xbox is priced at approximately $238 USD (32,980 yen including tax) and the Razer BlackShark V2 X for PlayStation and Xbox at approximately $123 USD (8,580 yen including tax), with both available for purchase by the end of May 2024. These products, still in the final stages of preparation at the time of the announcement, are listed on Razer's official website for further details and purchasing options.
