Phantom Spirit 120: Thermalright Unveils Innovative Side-Flow CPU Cooler with Twin-Tower Design

Published by

Thermalright, a leading manufacturer in the cooling solutions industry, has made an exciting announcement regarding their latest creation, the Phantom Spirit 120. This cutting-edge CPU cooler boasts a unique side-flow design with twin towers, promising exceptional cooling performance.

Engineered with a large nickel-plated copper base plate that makes direct contact with the CPU, the Phantom Spirit 120 is equipped with seven heat pipes measuring φ6 mm in diameter. These heat pipes work diligently to swiftly transfer the CPU-generated heat to the two heat sinks, while efficiently dissipating it with the aid of two S-FDB bearing 120mm fans known as "TL-C12B V2." This outstanding cooling system supports a remarkable TDP of up to 280W, ensuring optimal thermal management.

The Phantom Spirit 120 features a high-performance cooling fan with a rotation speed of 1,500 rpm ± 10%. It delivers an impressive air volume of 66.17 CFM, exerts a static pressure of 1.53 mm H2O, and operates at a low noise level of 25.6 dBA. With a compact main body measuring 125mm in width, 110mm in depth, and 157mm in height, this exceptional cooler weighs in at a mere 765g.

Supported platforms for the Phantom Spirit 120 include Intel LGA1700/1200/115x/2011 (v3)/2066 and AMD Socket AM5, AM4. To demonstrate confidence in their product's quality, Thermalright offers a generous 6-year warranty, ensuring peace of mind for customers.
