In as surprize move NZXT today announces something you'd not expect from them, the N7 Z370 which is a motherboard based on the Z370 chipset for Coffee Lake processors. All the essentials are included, along with a built-in digital fan controller and integrated RGB lighting channels. It's unclear at the moment who is fabbing these motherboards.
The heatsinks are covered with swappable shrouds colored blue, red, or purple to select a color of preference. You could use NZXT's CAM software to control fans and RGB LED strips linked to the N7 Z370. The board includes two LED light strips in the box. The mobo features two PCIe 3.0 x16 slots, a single PCIe 3.0 x1 slot and a two PCIe x4 interfaces. The all-metal motherboard cover perfectly matches the color and finish of your case, creating a visually seamless backdrop for your components. Using NZXT’s CAM software, you have full control over your system’s lighting, cooling, and performance.
From the looks of the PCB photo, I'd say this is an ECS design and fabricated product.
