Microsoft offers optional update KB5020044: fixes Windows 11 22H2 gaming performance

A bug that caused the CopyFile function to fail with error 317: ERROR MR MID NOT FOUND, which caused the file explorer to malfunction and increased CPU usage when the user opened a file; another bug that caused specific applications not to run correctly; a bug that caused File Explorer to stop working in specific scenarios, such as when the user closed a popup menu; and a bug that caused installing updates via Windows Update to fail with error 0x800f0806.
