LIAN LI announced the release of the SUP-01, a compact tower case that introduces a novel approach to PC layout. This product features three separate airflow chambers specifically allocated for the GPU, the CPU's All-in-One (AIO) cooler, and the motherboard, enhancing cooling efficiency across critical components. The SUP-01 design centers the GPU on the front panel, mounted on a fully adjustable bracket that allows for both vertical and horizontal positioning, optimizing airflow and visual presentation. This setup supports up to a 360mm AIO cooler behind the motherboard tray. The case is fitted with a non-tinted tempered glass side panel, providing an unobstructed view of the interior.

It accommodates standard ATX and ATX back-connect motherboards, and features a PCIe riser bracket with integrated diffused LED lighting. Additional LED strips line the top edge of the PSU chamber and the front side, enhancing the aesthetic appeal with customizable lighting options. Despite its 45-liter volume, the SUP-01 maintains compatibility with high-end hardware, similar in capacity to the LANCOOL 216 model but with a reduced footprint. This design facilitates the assembly of a thermally efficient system, with the GPU positioned to draw in fresh air directly from the front. LED lighting customization is handled via built-in mode and color selection buttons, offering a choice of six modes and eleven colors.

The airflow configuration includes three pre-installed 120mm PWM fans behind the motherboard tray that act as exhausts, creating the primary airflow chamber. The secondary chamber supports either a 280mm or 360mm AIO for the CPU, mounted behind the motherboard with an option to add a 120mm fan at the rear to aid cooling of motherboard components like RAM, CPU power delivery areas, and M.2 storage. For hardware compatibility, the motherboard tray is versatile, supporting ATX back-connect, standard ATX, M-ATX, and Mini-ITX boards. It includes a pre-installed PCIe 4.0 riser cable bracket accommodating GPUs up to four slots thick and 400mm in length. The storage configuration offers slots for up to two 3.5” HDDs or 2.5” SSDs in the PSU chamber and two additional 2.5” SSDs above the PSU shroud, which is covered with a mirrored finish for enhanced visual appeal.

The SUP-01 is set to be available for pre-order starting May 30th, 2024, priced at $149.99 for both black and white versions. This pricing and the innovative features position the SUP-01 as a competitive option for builders seeking a compact, efficient, and visually appealing PC case.
