Gigabyte is about to release a GeForce GTX TITAN with customized WindForce 3X cooling. The company designed the cooling solution with an increased wattage rating. This is to ensure that the fans run as fast as possible, keeping the card cool, which in turn lets GPU Boost 2.0 squeeze more performance.
The cooler is designed to dissipate up to 450W and there is nothing known about increased clocks etc. In due time we'll have more information.
