Far Cry 5 Will Run Great on PC + Benchmark Video in UHD

Published by

Far Cry 5 will release soon and we received a review code for it. We cannot share full benchmark sets just yet, but videos are allowed. From our experience, Far Cry runs really well on the PC. I figured I'd share the benchmark run recorded in Ultra HD already.

The below video has Ultra settings and at Ultra 3840x2160, our main test system (Intel i7 5960X (overclocked at 4.2Ghz) has 16 RAM, and is running a Nvidia Titan Xp, running the latest patched Windows 10 64-bit and the latest version of the GeForce drivers). At that resolution, it is pushing (50 FPS roughly). How will it perform with AMD Radeon? Well, that we'll show you later today!

Check the video below showing the built-in benchmark. We also are not seeing anything weird processor wise, considering this title would be Denuvo protected. Far Cy 5 seems to be an excellent day-1 release as we have not spotted anything significant enough that worried us. Later today you can expect our full graphics card PC Performance Analysis with almost 30 graphics cards tested!
