Corsair's Vengeance memory lineup, known for its top-tier performance, now offers a 192GB (4x48GB) configuration starting at $724.99. Additionally, Corsair has released a high-speed DDR5-7000 C40 memory kit with a 48GB (2x24GB) capacity, priced at $284.99.
The DDR5-7000 C40 kit features 40-52-52-114 timings and requires 1.4V. While the timings may not be the best on the market, the frequency and density compensate for this. The 192GB kit only comes in DDR5-5200 flavor, with timings of 38-38-38-84 and 1.25V.
Corsair's high-density memory kits cater to Intel processors with XMP 3.0 support, making them ideal for the latest Raptor Lake or previous Alder Lake processors. Although neither processor officially supports more than 128GB of memory, the high-density kits could still be utilized. However, they may face compatibility issues with AMD's Ryzen 7000 platform, which can be fixed with firmware updates.
