Cooler Master introduced the GP27QP 27-inch Mini LED monitor on June 11, 2024, featuring a 2K resolution VA panel and supporting HDR 1000. This monitor incorporates a high refresh rate of 240Hz, which is particularly beneficial for smooth visuals in fast-paced gaming and dynamic content viewing. The GP27QP model is equipped with a 27-inch VA panel, offering a resolution of 2560x1440 (2K), a contrast ratio of 2500:1, and a gray-to-gray (GtG) response time of 5ms, which can be reduced to 1ms using Motion Picture Response Time (MPRT) technology. The inclusion of Adaptive Sync technology aids in reducing screen tearing and stutter, enhancing the overall gaming experience.

A key feature of this monitor is its Mini LED backlighting, which divides the screen into 1152 distinct zones, allowing for precise brightness control and improving contrast in various viewing situations. While the monitor supports a standard brightness of 350 nits for SDR content, it can reach higher brightness levels under HDR 1000 conditions, though specific peak/window brightness levels have not been detailed by the manufacturer. Connectivity options are extensive, with two HDMI 2.1 ports, two DisplayPort 1.4 connections, and a USB Type-C video input which also supports Power Delivery (PD) up to 96W. Additionally, the monitor functions as a USB hub, featuring one USB Type-B upstream port and three USB Type-A ports, facilitating easy connection of multiple peripherals.

The GP27QP monitor comes with a fully adjustable stand that offers ergonomic adjustments, including height alteration up to 150mm, tilt from -5° to +20°, and the ability to rotate the screen by 90 degrees for vertical orientation.
