ASRock has announced two new MicroATX motherboards, the "B650M-HDV/M.2" and the "B760M Pro RS." These motherboards, both part of ASRock's more affordable range, are compatible with AMD B650 and Intel B760 chipsets, respectively.
The "B650M-HDV/M.2" is a budget-friendly MicroATX motherboard designed for Socket AM5 and built with an AMD B650 chipset. It features an 8+2+1 phase power circuit with Dr.MOS technology and a 2oz copper foil layer PCB. Key specifications include support for DDR5-6400 memory (up to 64GB), Blazing M.2 and Hyper M.2 slots, four SATA 3.0 ports, and various PCI Express 4.0 expansion slots. Network connectivity is provided by Realtek's RTL8125BG 2.5 gigabit LAN, and audio is powered by the Realtek ALC897 chip. The board measures 244 x 226 mm.
The "B760M Pro RS" is a MicroATX motherboard tailored for the LGA1700 socket and powered by the Intel B760 chipset. Its power supply circuit has a 7+1+1 phase with Dr.MOS technology and a 6-layer PCB. The motherboard supports DDR5-7200 memory (up to 192GB), three Hyper M.2 slots, four SATA 3.0 ports, and PCI Express 5.0 and 3.0 expansion slots. Realtek's RTL8125BG 2.5 gigabit LAN chip provides networking capabilities, while the audio is delivered through the Realtek ALC897 chip. The board dimensions are 244 x 244 mm.
Both the B650M-HDV/M.2 and B760M Pro RS motherboards are expected to be priced at around 165 USD and will be released on April 14, 2023.
