Can't real mechanical keyboards be found in the US for like $50 now? Unless this thing is well below that price I don't see the point.

I've tried the Razer version of this type of switch at a display before and wasn't very impressed. It feels a little better than a rubber dome board, but you can find actual mechanical boards (with quality switches) for about $70 here in the US. Of course they won't have RGB LED backlighting at that price, but is that really necessary?
