TP-Link Deco X50 series AI mesh compatible Wi-Fi 6 router

TP-Link Deco X50 series AI mesh compatible Wi-Fi 6 router

TP-Link introduced the Deco X50 line of mesh-enabled Wi-Fi 6 routers. It will be available beginning April 7th in three configurations: one unit, two units, and three units.

The mesh feature has an AI component that continuously learns and improves use circumstances, resulting in an optimal mesh Wi-Fi environment that is optimized for the network and enables flawless streaming playback. Additionally, "BSS Color" recognizes the network and increases transmission efficiency, "Beamforming" sends signals vigorously to the connected terminal, automatically picks the unit with the greatest speed, and connects the smartphone or tablet to the network. It has features such as "seamless roaming."

Additionally, the Gigabit WAN / LAN port, which was previously limited to two, has been increased to three, allowing for more flexible connectivity through a wired connection.

The band is a dual band configuration of 5GHz (2,402Mbps) and 2.4GHz (574Mbps), and the CPU is a 1GHz dual core. External measurements are 110 mm in width, 110 mm in depth, and 114 mm in height. Maximum connection count is 150, and maximum coverage area is 230 m2 for a single unit, 420 m2 for two units, and 600 m2 for three units. You're looking at roughly 300 USD for the three pack, $200 for the two pack.

relatively nice design, it doesn't stand out that much, but i doubt this device can handle 150 devices connected at the same time, probably they will crash (That is a lot of devices for a normal home)

If it could handle 150 devices the price would have been much higher than 100 bucks a pop !
