SilverStone adds variation model middle tower chassis FARA B1 PRO

An adaptation model of the PC case FARA B1 series has been released, the original version was on the market ever since December 2019. The FARA B1 PRO is equipped with 120mm size addressable RGB fans as standard equipment on the front and rear.

There is no change in the base housing, the middle tower has the same external dimensions of width 207 mm, depth 401 mm, and height 446 mm, and the form factor is compatible with ATX, MicroAXT, and Mini-ITX. The "transparent front panel", which is probably made of acrylic, exposes the addressable RGB fan and uses a star-shaped mesh grille on both sides. Sufficient breathability is ensured while the design makes the enclosed area feel wide. Of course, a tempered glass side panel is used on the left side, which is a standard for this type of product. "ARGB controller" is attached, and the light emission illumination can be controlled by itself.

Also, when checking the inside from the left side, it adopts an imposing design equipped with a bottom cover (shroud). Equipped with a cage-type shadow bay unit and a 2.5-inch SSD tray in the empty area under the CPU cooler maintenance hole. A dust filter was provided on the top panel and at the bottom of the power supply unit mounting space.

The drive bay layout is 3.5 inch shadow bay x 1 stage, 2.5 inch shadow bay x 4 stages (1 stage is 3.5 inch shadow bay exclusive). The cooling fan layout is front 120mmx3 (ARGB fan standard) or 140mmx2, rear 120mmx1 (ARGB fan standard), top 120 / 140mmx2. The radiator can be equipped with front 120/140/240 / 280mm size, rear 120mm size, and top 120 / 240mm size. The access ports on the front top layout are USB3.0x2, USB2.0x1, and headphones x1.

Each effective space has a CPU cooler up to 165 mm in height, a graphics card up to 322 mm in length (up to 170 mm in width), and a power supply unit up to 160 mm in length (when the shadow bay unit is installed). The main material is steel, and the secondary materials are plastic and tempered glass. It has a capacity of 37 liters and weighs 5.75 kg.
