Samsung Galaxy 3 Tablet Specifications

Samsung Galaxy 3 Tablet Specifications

It will be a while before Samsung is to release its upcoming Galaxy tab 3 10.1 Inch and Galaxy tab 3 8-Inch tablets, however it seems that the specifications have surfaced on the web. Now please take this info with abig grain of salt as the specs are contradictive from earlier rumors. But as it stands right now the Galaxy Tab 3 8 will get a 1.5 GHz dual-core Samsung ARM CPU with an undisclosed GPU, thus very likely Mali 400 though. The 8-inch LCD will get a 1280 x 800 pixels resolution. The product will get 2 GB RAM memory and two cameras (3 MP at the backside and a 1.3 MP camera at the front-side).

The 10-inch version however mostly has similar hardware features. Now the dual-core 1.5 GHz CPU will be the same however here's 1 GB RAM suggested. We think it's inevitable that there might be separate SKUs with more RAM memory available. Storage capacity will be 16 GB and an optional 32GB version later on. The product thus will get 1 or 2 GB RAM memory and two cameras (3 MP at the backside and a 1.3 MP camera at the front-side).

Batteries then, the 8" version will get a 4500 Mah battery whilst the 10" version will get a much stronger 7000 mAh battery. Despite earlier FullHD rumors the screen resolution for the 10" version will remain to be 1280 x 800 pixels and both products will be available in a 3G / HSPA broadband communications, 4G / LTE version.

I really doubt the specs are true .. a dual core @ 1.5ghz ? and only a 1280x800 screen ? lower specifications of the S4 and S3 ? And lower spec of the Google Nexus 10 they had release months ago for google ?

I'm with you right there. That just makes no sense. The only difference between the Galaxy Note 10.1 and that is + 100mhz on the cpu. They'd better do at least 1920x1200 or so and a quad core like the snapdragon 800.

Completely, The only way i can imagine thoses rumored specs goes on a tablet is if Samsung have decided to release a mid range and high range Tablet for fight in both market.

( basically a premium Tab 3: Quadcore snapdragon or Exynos 5, 2560x1600 PLS Screen ( the one they have use on the Nexus 10 ), at min 2Gb of LPDDR3.

On minimum, they will use a 1080p screen.
