PCIe 4.0 compatible PLEXTOR  NVMe SSD M10PG / M10PGN 1TB going for 7000MB/sec

THe 1TB of NVMe M.2 SSD M10PG / M10PGN that supports a PCI-Express4.0 (x4) connection will be available through the PLEXTOR starting on August 20th.

The release dates for two versions have been confirmed: the M.2 form factor heat sink model "PX-1TM10PG" and the heat sinkless variant "PX-1TM10PGN." Although the release date for the 512GB/1TB edition of the HHHL form factor has not been confirmed, it is expected to arrive in the second quarter of this year.

The parameters are the same: sequential read speeds of 7,000MB/sec and write speeds of 5,000MB/sec, random read speeds of 650,000 IOPS and write speeds of 550,000 IOPS, write endurance of 640TBW, mean time between failures of 2.5 million hours, and a 5-year product guarantee.

The "PX-1TM10PG" measures 80mm in length, 24mm in width, 20.5mm in thickness, and weighs 50g. Its external measurements are as follows: 80mm in length, 24mm in width, 20.5mm in thickness, and 50g in weight. "PX-1TM10PGN" measures 80mm in length, 22mm in width, and 2.3mm in thickness, and it weighs 10g.
