Nvidia Starts the Hype - Teases Pascal with Order of 10 Puzzle

Nvidia Starts the Hype - Teases Pascal with Order of 10 Puzzle

Nvidia has shipped some briefcases to selected media (no we have not received one just yet). The briefcase holds a puzzle tied to a website called the Order of 10. On that site you'll notice a countdown that ends on 6th May 2016. It is likely that the Geforce FTX 1070 and 1080 will be announced that day.

That date also falls together with the Battlefield 5 reveal. 1 and 1 is two right ? Anyway, the puzzle is obviously a reference to computing maybe deep learning, the hard way. The puzzle parts unlock 6 pages, the last one being about astronomy. At twitter some folks solved the puzzle, which leads us to new website ‘humanity shall be enlightened‘. There have been some further decodes and it seems the puzzle cipher is "SHALLBE." and that the result end up as "HUMANITY SHALLBE ENLIGHTENED."

We do think that Nvidia will unveil its next-generation "Pascal" architecture-based GeForce series 1000 GPUs for consumers with GeForce GTX 1070, and the GTX 1080, as early as on 6th May, followed in late may for reference reviews and then channel availability slated for early-June.

Will be updating this:

T.Shards 8h: Find The
T.Shards 12h: Hidden
T.Shards 4h: Directory

Vision Test: Humanity
Astro. Obs.: Shall Be
The Circling of S.: Enlightened

Is that all? Has virtually zero meaning. They could have ended with several web sites entering their codes and unlocking that T-.

Not even that was necessary. AMD had their countdown too, and everyone as all over it anyway without special and too easy stuff.

I think they were more referring to 'Nvidia and Dice' together because they happen to have BF5 infos scheduled for that day as well as some Nvidia stuff, where the new cards are rumored to be paper launched. So no, I did not yet see anything for real that says they are closer with Nvidia than AMD (actually, it's the opposite, but it's all okay because it's AMD  )
