NVIDIA SLI Profile Patch 1.0

NVIDIA today released a SLI profile patch, which is meant to accelerate a number of games when ran on systems with multiple NVIDIA video cards.

This version of the NVIDIA SLI profile patch should be used with v186.18 display driver.

It adds support for the following PC games:

Anno 1404 (Dawn of Discovery)
ARMA II All NVIDIA SLI PCs

This patch applies to all NVIDIA SLI PCs with Windows XP, Windows Vista, or Windows 7, both 32-bit and 64-bit.
